Wheel spacers?

Wheel spacers?
I've been reading a lot about wheel spacers on the other forms but everyone seems to be saying something different about whether they're good or bad and daily driven vs track driven. I have a 2011 so I was trying to accent the fenders by moving the wheels out a bit. I know getting new ones would be the best bet but I don't have the money for that and for the look I'm going for the subaru rims go perfect. The car is my daily driver I don't race only some highway pulls and some fun turns in the neighborhood. I can't afford any problems so i just want to make sure it wouldn't be a horrific mistake lol. I was thinking 20-25mm but I'm open to suggestions. Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks!

if you really need to do it, and you want to go 20-25mm, then i would highly suggest you get hubcentric spacers. otherwise, youd need to do extended stud's. the 20-25mm hubcentric spacers can be found new almost anywhere they sell performance parts for about 200 a set i believe.

Would this hurt the car in anyway? I heard problems with early bearing failure or handling.
